Our Vision

‘Our vision is to ensure that children of all faiths and none can be the best that they can be, in an environment where everyone is valued, respected and challenged. In our school, individuals are supported in their personal journey of learning, growth and development, within an ethos of nurture, encouragement and love.’

The Trinity Partnership embodies the strength and unity of three schools working as one. The Trinity Partnership aims to engage across schools, churches and communities, working in partnership with DEMAT, School Leaders and our Families to ensure that life is lived in all its fullness as unique children of God.

The Trinity Partnership symbolises the strength and unity of the partnership of three schools through the Christian doctrine of the Holy Trinity. In Ecclesiastes 4:12 the Bible tells us that “though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.”

The leadership of the Trinity Partnership is strengthened by the three strands of the Headteacher, a Trust Hub Director and the middle Leadership team, who work alongside the Diocese of Ely Multi Academy Trust to share responsibility for pupils’ outcomes and ensure all our children and staff flourish and receive the best possible education.

At the Duchy of Lancaster CE Primary School, we have a clear vision that is supported by our values which allow all to flourish.

Every child is valued, supported and challenged to achieve their very best outcomes within and outside of the curriculum. In a village school environment, staff get to know the children well, developing positive relationships in an enabling environment.

Ready, Respectful, Safe

Pupils learn mutual respect for one another and develop their understanding of British values such as tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs and for those without faith. The associated values run through all of school life based on the stems of.

Ready – so we can make every second count

Respectful – so we can learn from our teacher and each other

Safe – so everybody can learn.

Our vision and values are support by those of DEMAT.

To Learn. To Know. To Lead Out.

'I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.' Philippians 4:13
