We are a group of dedicated parents, teachers and carers who raise funds for the children at Duchy of Lancaster Primary. We accomplish this by regularly organising social and fundraising events, such as school discos, bake sales and Christmas fayres.

Over the last two years, COVID-19 has forced us to adapt our events and we have organised half term Treasure Trails, an Eco-balloon race that raised £500, and a second event in May 2022 to coincide with the Queen's Jubilee. The children also made Christmas cards for parents to buy and competed in cake decorating and pumpkin carving competitions. All raising much needed funds for the school.

As a parent/carer of a child attending our school, you automatically become a member of our Parents, Teachers and Friends Association (PTFA). We encourage everyone to become a part of the PTFA community by attending our once monthly meetings and volunteering at our events. The more people involved, the easier the work becomes. Currently, we hold our monthly meetings on a weeknight which is more convenient for our members.
