Curriculum focus of PPG spending 2014/15

Objectives in spending PPG:

  1. To identify gaps in learning and narrow that gap.
  2. To support children in their emotional development to enable them to achieve successfully in school.
  3. To allow children to experience the wider world and a range of experiences outside the classroom.
  4. To support with reading, spelling and those with difficulty in writing to develop skills further.

Measuring the impact of PPG spending

For our Free School Meal children at KS2:

All pupils made expected progress except from one child in writing, where they came in slightly under what was expected.

All children made expected attainment levels except from one but from starting points the progress they made was good.
